What this calculator does

The white-label Copilot service, priced: dormant-seat waste, value per ACTIVE user (the honest metric), and your monthly service fee — client-side math shared with the public AI Seat ROI calculator, so the numbers match everywhere.

Every number recomputes live; the same logic answers on the web, in the PDF one-pager, and to AI agents over MCP — identical results on every surface.

Why use it

New to this calculator? Start with the ⚡ Playground — a few sliders, instant ballpark. Then switch to the 🧮 Calculator for your exact number.

Two ways to use this: visualize in the Playground, then get your number in the Calculator.

📊 Not sure of a value? Fields with a ▾ Typical pill offer broad industry ballparks (sourced typical ranges; Copilot value (2026): 2-4 hrs/wk/active user defensible (Vodafone 3, dev ~3.6, M365 studies 14-26 min/day); adoption 40-67% daily-active typical, best programs 90%+ MAU. Cost per ACTIVE user is the honest metric. * = typical.) so you can move forward now — your result gets more accurate as you replace them with your own measured numbers. What to do
REPORT VALUE & EXPAND
Why
Adoption is healthy — the monthly deliverable is the value report (hours returned, cost per ACTIVE user), the number that renews both the licenses and your service.

Method memo

Client-side seat economics come from the fleet AI Seat ROI brain (plan-SSOT pricing) — identical numbers to the public calculator by design. The MSP layer adds dormant-seat reclamation and the white-label service fee via cost ÷ (1 − margin). Cost per ACTIVE user, not per seat, is the honest metric for the client report. The platform automates this monthly from Reports.Read.All usage data.

Questions to pressure-test with

  1. Which departments hold the dormant seats — and were they ever onboarded?
  2. What does the client consider "value": hours, output quality, or headcount avoidance? Report in their currency.
  3. Renewal date? Reclamation lands best 60–90 days before it.

Assumptions

  • Service hours and margins are your delivery numbers; seat plan pricing from the fleet SSOT.

Values marked * are analyst estimates rather than vendor-verified data.

Methodology

  • All prices are USD per 1 million tokens, current as of 2026-09-13.
  • Vendor-published values have no mark. Inferred/extrapolated values are marked with * and listed below.
  • Batch API discounts are 50% off standard rates across providers that offer Batch mode.
  • Prompt caching discounts vary by provider (typically 80-90% off cached input tokens).
  • Regional data-residency surcharges (Anthropic 1.1x, OpenAI 1.1x, Google regional tiers) are NOT included in base rates.
  • Long-context pricing tiers apply when input exceeds model threshold.
  • Embedding prices are input-only (no output tokens generated).
